What helps us quote faster
- Your neighborhood and the type of building: apartment, co-op, condo, house or business.
- Which rooms or surfaces, and whether ceilings and trim are included.
- Any known problems: cracks, peeling, water stains or wallpaper.
- Roughly when the building was built, if you know.
- Your building's rules for contractors, such as a certificate of insurance or set working hours.
- A few photos, if you are texting.
What happens next
We look at the job in person and measure. You get a written quote that lists the prep, the number of coats, the paint and the price. There is no charge for the estimate.
